For individuals with diabetes - VAT is not charged on the Bayer or Nipro Blood glucose testing products, urine testing products, Diapak carrying cases or books. However, VAT is included, if applicable on other products..
Orders made via the web site for surgeries, clinic etc, will have VAT added to orders where applicable.
No individual order will be processed without receipt of payment.
Credit cards can be used on line or if preferred the order with the credit card number can be phoned through to 01473 219 501 or faxed to 01473 219 049 or a cheque/PO together with the order can be sent by post.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order Monday to Thursday. As we use the Post Office for all our mail we cannot guarantee delivery times except for when the overnight secure alternative is selected.
Postage charges
For orders between £5 and £50 - First class £3.50
Orders over £50.00 will be charged £10.00. These orders will be sent out by secure delivery.
For all orders over £250 items will be sent out by overnight carrier - £15.00
For urgent orders. We can send these out by special overnight delivery by the Post Office Special Delivery service which guarantees delivery before 1.00 pm on the day after posting. Not guaranteed on Saturday.
Prices for Special delivery: Orders up to £50.00 - £10.00. Orders between £50 and £100 - £15.00 Orders between £100 and £200 - £20.00.
For European orders (Europe) £8.00 will be charged for orders under £30.00, £15.00 for orders between £30 and 100 and £25 for orders between £100 and £250. Please email for a quote for orders over £250.00
We can also send orders to the EU by signed for delivery. This varies from country to country so please email for a quote.
For orders from outside Europe please email your order to us and we will quote for the shipping costs.
Returns
We all make mistakes when we order via the internet. We are quite happy to take back items under most circumstances. Customers wishing to return goods for what ever reason should contact is by phone - 01473 219220 between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm Monday to Thursday. Alternatively, please email with your complaint but tell us your telephone number and when you will be available to take a call so that we can talk to you about your return.
